Ronak stands as a dynamic professional with over 10 years of impactful experience in diverse domains, including program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and coordination. His journey is rooted in a deep commitment to fostering positive change in various sectors, particularly in gender equality, education and health. Through his roles at organizations like the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW) and the Population Council India, Ronak has demonstrated a profound understanding of complex issues like gender equity, masculinity, violence prevention, and sexual and reproductive health rights.
At ICRW, Ronak's influence was keenly felt in projects like GEMS for Boys, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the gender-sensitization program's implementation. His role went beyond technical support, encompassing strategic coordination with government bodies and partner and donor agencies. Additionally, Ronak's tenure witnessed his substantial contribution to the groundbreaking PAnKH Research Project, a comprehensive study encompassing 120 villages of rural Rajasthan. His proficiency in managing data-driven evaluations, liaising with stakeholders, and developing monitoring tools was instrumental in the project's success.
